Yuanqu County High School was founded in 1956 and is a model school in Shanxi province. Currently, the total enrollment is 2067 student. It has a faculty of more than 240 people. In 2018, our “80-minute autonomous classroom” has won “Shanxi Grand Prize of Educational Achievement “and second prize of “National Teaching Achievement”. The project of “Self-realization education” which was responsible by the principle Yao Ruiyong has been brought into “The Fifth Five-Year “educational and research projects of Chinese Education Society. In recent years, the enrollment rate of College Entrance Examination has been increasing, with more than 60% of students admitted into universities.
